I have fallen in love with cooking over the three years I have been at University and I also love going to restuarants and cafés! [26-05-25] Mushroom and Leek Miso Soup
Made this soup today, minus the white wine, cornstarch, cream and fancy stuff on top. It tasted really good, and I saved some for tomorrow too. I am determined to get more into cooking to improve my skills and to improve my diet, so let's hope that by documenting my culinary shenanigans here I can keep at it.

Made this for dinner. I was inspired by a friend who cooked up this dish a few days ago, and it tasted so good I had to try making it myself. I don't think my version tastes nearly as good as hers, but at least I am learning new recipes as I practice cooking more. I put far too much water in the rice cooker so the rice is very bleh.
[03-09-24] Giggling Squid
This was my first time going to Giggling Squid, it was very yummy and the decoration style of the restaurant was wonderful.
